5-minute walk to restaurants, small supermarket, and village bus stop (1-hour interval) There is a mart, library, convenience store, swimming pool, movie theater, coin laundry, and coffee shop within a 10-minute drive. It is a quiet and pleasant rural village with easy transportation, as it is located next to the Gyeonghorang River at the foot of Duncheolsan Mountain. It is not far from various tourist attractions, including Jeongchuam, a branch temple of Haeinsa Temple, and it is easy to go for a walk along the Gyeongho River or go fishing. Above all, the stone walls and gardens surrounding the interior are cozy and quiet, doubling the joy of the space.
