The living room was wallpapered in June 2024. Upon entering the front door, there is a stairwell with a middle door connecting the 2nd and 3rd floors. Since the 2nd floor is blocked off, guests have exclusive use of the 3rd floor. (Officially, the 3rd floor is the 2nd floor, and the 1st floor is the basement.) Going up one more floor leads to the rooftop, which is also for exclusive use. (Therefore, it is a duplex.) Beds: 1 Queen, 1 Double, and 1 Sofa Bed; accommodates up to 5–6 people. Guests are required to bring their own bedding, but the provided bedding is available for free rental. One sedan is included in the building's parking lot as standard (using two vehicles may incur an additional fee, so please inquire in advance).
