Since the adjacent unit is a private residence, complaints are frequent. If complaints from neighboring units continue due to noise, you may be asked to leave regardless of the time. We earnestly ask for your cooperation! - Smoking is prohibited inside the guest room (including the bathroom). A penalty and a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for smoking. - If you do simple dishwashing and separate food waste and general waste, we will clean the room for you. - Please turn off the air conditioner/heater when going out or checking out! - Damage costs will be charged for appliances, interior decorations, objects, bedding, fixtures, or tableware. Please handle them with care! - Special cleaning fees will be charged for stains on bedding.
