Convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and city bus stops are within a 5-minute walk. Convenience facilities such as the main gate of Mt. Mani, Nonghyup Bank, a police substation, Hanaro Mart, and restaurants are within a 5-minute drive. It is a transportation hub where you can reach any area of Ganghwa Island within 30 minutes. From the house, you can hike to the summit of Mt. Mani to the south, and Mt. Haemyeong on Seokmodo Island is visible to the west. Jinnam Restaurant, a famous Korean buffet restaurant, is a 5-minute walk away. Ganghwa Milmul Fishing Spot, a mecca for tidal anglers, is a 10-minute drive away. Yeougogae, a popular Chinese restaurant, Hupo Port, famous for Bendaengi sashimi, and the Spanish Village tourist attraction are also nearby. Within 20 minutes, you can visit Dongmak Beach, a popular spot for residents of the metropolitan area, Oepori Warship Park, and the fish market. This is a cozy house with a 100-year-old house that has preserved its exterior as is, and has a warm interior with insulation to protect against the cold. You can see Mani Mountain facing south through the cracks in the lattice door from the master bedroom, and there is a kimchi storage space and an old well in the fenced yard. You can also look out onto the front yard flowerbed, Mani Mountain, and Seokmodo from the outside table. There is also a fire pit, barbecue grill, and an assembly pool where children can play in the water.
