🚭No smoking inside the house : Please refrain from smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or any other smoking materials inside the house. Smoking is only allowed outside in the balcony and designated areas.  ⚠️The rent includes utility fee based on average usage: Any excessive beyond this amount may result in additional charges upon check-out, as determined by actual meter checking. ⚠️No parties or events: Our house is located in a residential neighborhood, and it is important to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for our neighbors. Therefore, we do not allow parties or events on the premises.  ⚠️No additional guests: Please only book the number of guests that you originally specified in your reservation. We do not allow additional guests to stay without prior approval.  ⚠️Respect quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours (10 pm to 8 am) to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.  ⚠️Keep the house clean: Please clean up after yourself and leave the house in the same condition as you found it. Any excessive cleaning required may result in additional fees.  ⚠️No pets allowed: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets on the premises due to allergies and other concerns.  ⚠️Do not disturb our belongings: Please do not touch or move any personal belongings of the owners, as these are not intended for guest use.  ⚠️No illegal activities: Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action. ⚠️Report any damages: If you accidentally damage anything in the house, please report it to us immediately so we can address it before the next guest arrives.  ⚠️Check-out on time: Please check out by the designated time to ensure that we have enough time to prepare the house for our next guests.  ⚠️Late check-outs may result in additional fees. You're required to submit your copy of your passport after check-in to the host by law. ⚠️Please turn off Aircons when leaving the house for an extended time. ⚠️No smelly fruits such as durian, jackfruit, etc.  ⚠️If you lose your keycard or gate remote, there will be a charge of 500 baht.
