We do not allow additional guests to stay without prior approval. ⚠️Respect quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours (10 pm to 8 am) to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. ⚠️Keep the house clean: Please clean up after yourself and leave the house in the same condition as you found it. You're required to submit your copy of your passport after check-in to the host by law. ⚠️Violation is a 5000 penalty. ⚠️Please turn off Aircons when leaving the house for an extended time. ⚠️No smelly fruits such as durian, jackfruit, etc. ⚠️If you lose your keycard or gate remote, there will be a charge of 500 baht.
