Our accommodation is located in the southern part of Donghae City, offering the optimal location for traveling anywhere in Donghae and Samcheok. The area surrounding and within the complex is quiet and uncrowded, with outstanding surrounding scenery. Parking is available within the complex and in the underground parking lot. This apartment offers a wide-open view from a high floor in a rural setting, without the insects or inconveniences often found in country homes; we will provide you with a quiet healing experience. A rural view during the day, and a view of the lights of the Jincheon River at night, reminiscent of a quiet Han River view. We recommend Jincheon Park as a great place for exercise.

Break times are mostly from 3 PM to 5 PM. * Restaurants with beautiful environments are located towards the east back gate of the complex; there are many roasting barbecue and meat restaurants, and the Hanjeongsik restaurant 'Damda' offers great value for money. It is so popular that there is often a long wait, so it is recommended to make a reservation for your convenience. Once you cross the railroad tracks, a food street appears on both sides of the tracks starting within a 5-minute walk. The entire food street in Buksam-dong is crowded, but this area extends all the way there. *If you exercise daily, start from the back gate and head south to enjoy the walking trail along the Jincheon River. *Mureung Valley is a famous place with many hiking courses and magnificent scenery. If hiking is too difficult for you, you can also find healing at Mureung Byeolyucheonji or the Health Forest. There are many wonderful cafes around Mureung Valley, so be sure to check them out~ They are an 8-minute drive from the accommodation. *Chuam Beach~ A 10-minute drive from the accommodation~ A must-visit attraction with plenty to see and walking trails—a single day isn't enough~ *Most other beaches and tourist attractions are also accessible within 10 minutes of the accommodation~ From north of Donghae Station, the beaches range from small to numerous and are all connected in short bursts. Gamchu, Hanseom Beach, Hapyeong Beach, Mukho, Eodal, Mangsang, and Okgye—you can appreciate them all in less than a day, but I hope you take your time and enjoy some relaxation~
