About this place
Our accommodation is located in the southern part of Donghae City, offering the optimal location for traveling anywhere in Donghae and Samcheok. The area surrounding and within the complex is quiet and uncrowded, with outstanding surrounding scenery. Parking is available within the complex and in the underground parking lot. This apartment offers a wide-open view from a high floor in a rural setting, without the insects or inconveniences often found in country homes; we will provide you with a quiet healing experience. A rural view during the day, and a view of the lights of the Jincheon River at night, reminiscent of a quiet Han River view. We recommend Jincheon Park as a great place for exercise.

* 8-minute drive from Donghae Station * Convenience store, hair salon, and personal fitness center within the complex * Various supermarkets near the back gate (100m and 500m walk) * Bus stop near the main gate (Mureung Valley ~ Samunjae) * Numerous diverse restaurants near the railway tracks (5-10 minute walk from the back gate) * Donghae City Buksam Library (900m walk from the back gate) * Yongsan Seowon (200m walk) * Famous Bukpyeong 5-day Market (6-minute drive) * Pharmacies, private clinics, post office, Nonghyup, dry cleaners, etc. (2-5 minute drive) * Most restaurants in Donghae City are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but due to regional characteristics, closing days change frequently, so please call ahead before visiting. Break times are mostly from 3 PM to 5 PM. * Restaurants with beautiful environments are located towards the east back gate of the complex; there are many roasting barbecue and meat restaurants, and the Hanjeongsik restaurant 'Damda' offers great value for money. It is so popular that there is often a long wait, so it is recommended to make a reservation for your convenience. Once you cross the railroad tracks, a food street appears on both sides of the tracks starting within a 5-minute walk. The entire food street in Buksam-dong is crowded, but this area extends all the way there. *If you exercise daily, start from the back gate and head south to enjoy the walking trail along the Jincheon River. *Mureung Valley is a famous place with many hiking courses and magnificent scenery. If hiking is too difficult for you, you can also find healing at Mureung Byeolyucheonji or the Health Forest. There are many wonderful cafes around Mureung Valley, so be sure to check them out~ They are an 8-minute drive from the accommodation. *Chuam Beach~ A 10-minute drive from the accommodation~ A must-visit attraction with plenty to see and walking trails—a single day isn't enough~ *Most other beaches and tourist attractions are also accessible within 10 minutes of the accommodation~ From north of Donghae Station, the beaches range from small to numerous and are all connected in short bursts. Gamchu, Hanseom Beach, Hapyeong Beach, Mukho, Eodal, Mangsang, and Okgye—you can appreciate them all in less than a day, but I hope you take your time and enjoy some relaxation~

(Use of grills for grilling meat in the bedroom is restricted.) *Bedding is provided for each person, including 1 bed mat, 1 cover, and 1 pillow. Washing machine is available. Check if extra blankets are provided depending on the situation. *Use of food waste card in the complex (card provided, 10,000 won deposit deducted in case of loss) *2 10-liter general waste bags per week provided (use of the garbage dump within the complex) If additional bags are needed, individual bags can be purchased at the convenience store within the complex *Separate collection of recyclable waste within the complex *According to the regulations for rental purposes and not accommodation, bathroom amenities cannot be provided. (Shampoo, rinse, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, toilet paper) cannot be provided. *Please put away any items you have used for the next guest, and be sure to wash kitchen utensils after use.
