Convenience facilities are excellent, including a convenience store, laundromat, food street, supermarket, library, small park, and Jeonjucheon walking path. Security is excellent with CCTVs installed both inside and outside the building. There are also smart TVs and clothes dryers available. There are spacious tables, making it a great place for a workcation.
