This is a great accommodation for families. It consists of a living room and three bedrooms, making it ideal for enjoying independent spaces. It is a house with a great view. You can see the distant ocean, Cheongcho Lake, and downtown Sokcho. Personally, I like the city view in the evening. For a comfortable rest, all furniture and appliances are high-end. There is a single recliner sofa. Two camping chairs are provided. 🤖 A beam projector is not installed. You can use your own projector by utilizing the wall as a screen. (For close-up or far-focus settings, you can move the IKEA metal bookshelf in the small room.) ❤️ A 60-inch smart TV is installed in the master bedroom. It is not connected to a standard TV; you can only use Netflix, YouTube, and LG TV (for watching news, documentaries, and variety shows). Additionally, Wavve and other web services are available. Dolby Sound is supported. Enjoy the beautiful sky from the spacious front veranda. 🥂 Plenty of tableware and glasses are provided. All types of cooking are possible. 🍕 Fish and meat dishes are available. All kitchen equipment is of the highest quality. I have personally tested and selected only the best items to furnish the room. 🙂 - Kitchen 4-person dining table + bench seating for 2 additional guests (located in the middle room) Gas stove (including fish grill) / 3-in-1 electric oven range / Cuckoo rice cooker / kettle / toaster / moka pot (espresso machine) / tableware / cutlery / pots / ladles / spatulas and other simple cooking tools / wine glasses / water glasses All types of cooking possible + excellent ventilation - Bathroom Washing machine available / Laundry available at all times *Household supplies and amenities are not provided.* Convenient for those traveling on foot.
