Check-in is conducted remotely. Strictly no indoor smoking. An additional fee applies per person for extra bedding. Only two towels are provided per person during the rental period. Room waste must be separated and disposed of upon check-out. Pets are not allowed. Check-in: After 4:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM. The password for the main entrance and accommodation will be provided immediately after arrival confirmation. HVAC/Electricity Charges > Additional charges will apply if the cost exceeds the average or in the following cases (deducted from the security deposit): * If floor heating is not turned off when leaving or checking out. * If wall-mounted air conditioners/heaters are not turned off when leaving or checking out.
