Oncheon-dong, comfortable one-room double station area

I'm really satisfied because it's exactly as described. The one-room apartment is neatly organized with new bedding provided, and with Minam Station and Dongrae Station nearby, I could easily get around anywhere in Busan. The neighborhood atmosphere is quiet and safe, so I was able to stay comfortably. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for daily life, and overall it's a great value for money place.

I was looking for a place to stay for a 7-night, 8-day business trip and was satisfied. 1. It was convenient to get around because it was close to Minam Station (3 minutes on foot). 2. I was worried because the weather suddenly got cold, but the boiler worked well and the hot water was hot and the water pressure was hot. 3. There was a PC room and convenience store nearby, so it was good for drinking alone or eating alone. 4. The owner was very friendly. I will use it again if I have the chance.
