The host was really kind, so it was comfortable to stay. Since it's a newly built building, it's clean, and above all, we have a baby, so it was great to have an elevator. The surrounding area is a food alley, so we could walk to most good restaurants quickly, which was nice. There were 2 bathrooms, so it was spacious. There was no worry about noise between floors, so we could rest quietly. The location was excellent, and all necessary facilities like subway, bus, cafes, and restaurants were nearby. Plus, there was a designated parking lot, so parking was really convenient. It's not easy to find a house with these conditions in Jamsil, but thanks to the host's thoughtful care, it was a really satisfying stay. 😊 I'll come again next time!

I think this is the best accommodation in the Jamsil area in a similar price range. I originally lived in this neighborhood, so I knew the location was good, so I made a reservation. I needed a place to stay long-term in Korea, and the new building and the location were so good that I wanted to come here even if it meant going through the trouble of changing accommodations in the middle. If you are looking for a place to stay with children, this place will be more than satisfactory. Since there are no other residents below you, you can avoid the stress of noise between floors, unlike other accommodations in Korea. The furniture, appliances, and other items were prepared for the family, so they were really nice. When I first checked in, they knew I was with children, so they prepared the entire house very warmly, and they prepared books, toys, snacks, and even ready-to-eat food for the children. They even offered to help me move my luggage, knowing that I was moving alone with the children. During my stay, I felt that the host was a very warm-hearted and considerate person. They took great care to make sure I had a very comfortable and enjoyable time. In Korea, parking is a concern wherever you go, but here, there are many delicious restaurants in front of the house, so it was great to park at home after finishing my schedule and go explore delicious restaurants in Meokjagolmok, Songridan-gil, Lotte World Mall, etc. The accommodation is also in a quiet and safe place. There is a designated parking lot, so it is convenient to go out. The actual feeling of the accommodation is much more luxurious, cozy, and nice than in the pictures. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends, and it is a place I definitely want to stay again when I come to Korea next time. I want to thank the host again. It was one of the cleanest accommodations I've ever been to, and the hosts were very kind and responded very quickly~ I wanted to leave a review because they always asked if there was anything inconvenient and took care of everything I needed. I used it in the winter, and I liked the fact that the house was warm and free of drafts, and I liked the fact that they even paid attention to the bright lighting in the overall white color. And there were security cameras on each floor, so I felt safe. What I liked the most was that the accommodation was close to the subway during the long trip, so I went everywhere I wanted to go at the end of the year. One of the biggest advantages was that the subway was close~ Also, the food alley was very close, so it was good to enjoy late at night and choose a meal. My family always had a problem with the only bathroom in the accommodation, but this place had two, so we used it comfortably without any fights~ And there was always ample parking space, so I didn't have to worry about parking, and it was impressive that the accommodation was cleanly managed from the first floor. If you have a long-term stay in the Jamsil area of Seoul, you should definitely use this place. It is highly recommended for large groups or families because it is more cost-effective and spacious than expensive hotels.

The house was clean and warm, and it was nice because it had all the kitchen utensils and necessary appliances. There was a state-of-the-art washer and dryer, so I didn't have to worry about laundry, and living in the accommodation itself was comfortable. I also liked the fact that the bedroom and living room were well separated, and the interior was bright because it got a lot of sunlight. My aunt's family from the US visited Korea for the first time in a long time, so I paid a lot of attention to the accommodation. The location is also great because it is within walking distance of Lotte Tower, Lotte World, and Seokchon Lake.
