A fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged if the cleaning condition is poor. - Compensation costs will be incurred for any damage, loss, or contamination of items. - Access to the rooftop area is restricted for safety reasons. The following are prohibited. - Please note that this is a 5-story building (6th floor rooftop) without an elevator, so please take this into consideration when making a reservation. - As we do not charge management or cleaning fees, please use the space carefully as if it were your own home.
