The entrance and interior of the living room are finished with cypress wood, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. Surrounded by a stone wall, you can enjoy the sea view in front of the harbor while maintaining your privacy. With a plot of approximately 100 acres, the garden features a variety of trees and flowers, with diverse blossoms blooming starting this coming spring. The vines on the stone wall serve as a popular photo spot at our Wimi Annex. Additionally, located on Olle Course 5, the cherry blossom street lined with trees is just a 3-minute walk from the house starting in spring, bringing joy to your heart. In winter, you can enjoy flowers at the camellia colony, which is a 10-minute drive away. With the trendy Wimi 1-ri area becoming more vibrant, there are many famous restaurants, cafes, and workshops nearby, so you will find plenty of small pleasures to enjoy. If you are tired of the hectic pace of city life and wish to enjoy Jeju at your leisure, come to our home, which prioritizes comfortable 'rest.' Try barbecuing in the yard, enjoy a private tea time in the spacious garden, and, above all, hang out your laundry on a nice day to experience the lifestyle of a country house. ♧ Barbecue tools are provided, so please ensure a clean cleanup after use. (You must provide your own charcoal, etc.) ♧ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. ♧ Please organize your recycling and food waste neatly during your stay. ♧ Please make sure to clean up the Bluetooth, projector, screen, LP turntable, etc., after use. ♧ We have stocked the bathroom with plenty of toilet paper and prepared 10 towels. ♧ For hygiene reasons, you must provide your own seasonings for cooking. ♧ An air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Illy machine are provided as standard. ♧ The accommodation fee includes utilities: electricity and water. However, the cost of the boiler will be deducted from the deposit based on usage. ♧ In addition to the number of guests in the reservation, a total of 4 guests are allowed to stay. In Jeju, there are many traditional houses consisting of an inner house (An-geori) and an outer house (Bak-geori). The spaces are not only separated but also independently configured. As a result, this offers the advantage of ensuring peace of mind for female guests or those traveling alone with a child. (CCTV is installed.) My parents, who live in the main house, leave in the morning for business and return late in the evening, so you won't find it inconvenient. At Wimi Byeolchae, I have prepared everything from the tiles and furniture to pots, books, and electronic appliances with the mindset that I would be living here myself, ensuring guests feel the warmth of my own home. Please cherish this place and treat it like your own home. Water and electricity bills are included in the accommodation fee; however, since we use a kerosene boiler, usage will be measured and deducted from the deposit. If you use more than your deposit, you will be charged an additional fee.
