Deokso Station within a 5-minute walk, a supermarket within 10 minutes, and the Han River within 5 minutes. The Han River Park is right in front, making it great for walks and exercise. A variety of great restaurants are located within a 5-minute drive. Gangmaeul Daramjwi, Himchan Nakji Jang-eo, Onnuri Jangjak-gui, Palldang Bakery, Wonjo Gaeseongjip, Chamsut Hanwoo Cheonguk, Starbucks, Twosome Place, Let me introduce our accommodation. Above all, transportation is very convenient; you can easily reach Gangnam by taking the newly opened Line 8, which is just three stops away from Deokso Station, located right in front of the property. The Han River is located nearby, making it a great place for exercise and walks. The riverside is lined with many popular restaurants that are doing very well. There are also many cafes and restaurants with great views where you can enjoy tea while overlooking the river, making it very useful for family gatherings. While parking is a constant battle at apartment complexes, parking here is relatively easy. Since there are no parking enforcement barriers, you can use the facilities conveniently even with two cars. Additionally, access to the riverside road and the expressway is convenient.
