The host was very kind and the house was so clean and nice! I'm sad to leave.

The 9-night, 10-day Gwideok-ri **** *** was a well-organized and quiet place. They explained the information I'd received after reservation once more the day before check-in, but since it was my first time using a jangbak (traditional Korean grocery store), I didn't understand the personal hygiene items and consumables. However, as they advised, there was a Suhyup (Korean Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives), Nonghyup (Korean National Agricultural Cooperative Federation), Daiso, and a convenience store within a 10-15 minute drive, so there was no shortage of groceries. The place I stayed was located with a view of nearby fields and the pinwheels of a wind farm within arm's reach, creating a spectacular sunset. I couldn't help but wake up early in the morning throughout my 9-night stay. The small room even had a distant view of Hallasan Mountain.~^^ The room was well-lit and well-ventilated, and the dehumidifier made laundry dry quickly on rainy days. It was on the 5th floor, so it was a bit difficult to move my luggage in and out, but the view made it all worth it. The interior was also clean and soundproof, with the entire sash having been renovated. The large table in front of the TV was spacious enough for a meal. The sofa was spacious and nice too~^^ Personally, I really liked the lighting and interior. The only thing I found a bit disappointing was the water pressure. I wonder how it could be better? (Reading other reviews, it seems like they've addressed any issues immediately.) I found out about **** **** through a friend, and they praised **** *** a lot. Now that I've lived here, I think I understand why. The residents were so friendly and greeted me.^^ I had a wonderful time in this comfortable, clean space with a great view. I definitely want to visit again next time!

(Location) Geumneung, Hyeopjae, and Gwakji Beaches are each about 10-15 minutes away by car. The nearest CU convenience store is a 10-minute walk down the road behind the apartment complex toward the pension. Driving to the 7-Eleven was preferable. There's a nearby cafe, but its short hours were a bit disappointing. Hanaro Mart Hallim and Aewol are both within 15 minutes by car. The Aewol branch is larger and has convenient parking, so I used it most often. There's also a Daiso right in front, which was convenient for stocking up on necessities. While the proximity to children's activities, the library, and other attractions was nice, the location is so far west that it takes over an hour to get to the east or Seogwipo, so be sure to plan your route carefully. (Pros) The interior appears to have been recently renovated, so it's generally clean and well-equipped with basic furnishings. The host was easy to communicate with, and they were quick to resolve any issues that arose. The ocean view from the veranda, combined with the vibrant sunset sky and the glittering sea at sunset, was truly breathtaking. The sunlight allowed for plenty of light, drying my laundry quickly, so I didn't need a dryer. The parking lot was spacious, so there was plenty of space even when I came home late. There's a recycling bin on the premises, making it easy to dispose of trash. Credit cards (including checks) with transportation card functionality are accepted for food waste disposal. I didn't need to buy T-Money. The neighbors were all friendly and greeted my children well. The nearby beach wasn't really a beach, so we couldn't play in the water, but it was nice to collect crabs and sea snails. Market Kurly and Coupang Rocket Delivery takes about two days, and I saw that other places offered Rocket Fresh. We bought everything at the grocery store. (Cons) There's no elevator, so carrying luggage was a bit of a hassle. You should consider this before booking. I'm not sure if it was a water pressure or boiler issue, but sometimes hot water wouldn't come right away, or water would sometimes stop flowing from the shower. It got better over time, but it was a bit difficult to wash the kids. The washing machine didn't drain properly, causing water to pool on the veranda (they visited once, but it wasn't fixed). The clothes drying rack kept collapsing, making it difficult to use, so we had to buy a separate one. I'm sure they'll fix this before they welcome other guests. The air conditioner is only in the living room, not the bedrooms, so we only lived in the living room during our summer stay. Be especially careful not to scratch the hardwood floors. Even with the vacuum cleaner every day, dust accumulated on the fan, table, chairs, and other items, so we bought a duster and continued to dust and clean. It would have been nice to have an air purifier. There were a few things I was disappointed with, but I'm leaving with good memories with my kids.
