We will send you the instructions and password one hour before move-in. - No smoking indoors - Check-in: 3:00 PM - Check-out: 11:00 AM (Time adjustable) - Parking: Visitor vehicle registration is available with the security staff (visitor visitor form) - When checking out, please clean up the areas you used. Trash bags are sold at the E-mart convenience store. - You can use the apartment card for food waste disposal (placed on the island counter). - Please ensure there are no noise issues between neighbors. - If parking spaces are limited at the apartment entrance, there are plenty of spots right below, next to the playground. - We hope you use the space cleanly and comfortably, and have a relaxing time. - As this is provided at an affordable price, you will be responsible for any excessive city gas or electricity charges upon check-out. Please be sure to contact us if you are adding guests. Please make sure to confirm.
