Surroundings & additional info

Cafes, bakeries, and convenience stores within a 1-minute walk Myeongdong Street within a 5-minute walk. Hipjiro is also within walking distance. Hanok Village is a 10-minute walk. There are so many great restaurants. Please ask and I'll recommend some :) - It is one of the few parking spaces available in Jung-gu. However, parking fees are separate and can be used for stays of 4 weeks or longer. - There are two elevators in operation and security guards are present, so security is good. - It is a 5-year-old building that is very well managed. - It's also nice to appreciate the city view from the rooftop. It's also good to take a break with a simple snack. Smokers can smoke on the rooftop.
