There is a large washing machine and dryer that can even wash blankets. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors. (If discovered, cleaning fee will be tripled) - Every Thursday to Friday, 10AM is the recycling collection day. ♻️ -General waste can be disposed of daily. -Food waste can also be disposed of daily (Just use the food waste settlement card) -The first of every month is gas meter reading day. Please check your usage and write it down in front of your door. (I will explain later.) -Please refrain from any actions that may cause fire.

  • This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)

  • The listed size may slightly differ from the actual size due to building structure and measurement standards. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.

  • We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.

  • When making a reservation for an overseas stay, please enter your name exactly as shown on your passport. Incorrect entries may result in issues at check-in or upon cancellation.

  • Check-in and check-out times follow the local time of the country or city where the place is located.
