(The interior of the accommodation is not recorded.) - As this is a quiet residential area, please be mindful of noise indoors and outdoors after 10 PM. We respectfully decline reservations for gatherings that disturb the sleep of neighbors late at night, such as parties or loud singing. If complaints or reports regarding noise are received, you may be asked to leave without a refund. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation (including the veranda and bathroom). A fire alarm is installed inside the accommodation. Additional charges may apply if issues arise due to indoor smoking. - Please cooperate to maintain the accommodation in optimal condition. In accordance with Korean tradition, guests remove their shoes before entering. Please be careful not to get food, cosmetics, or foreign substances on the bedding. Attaching balloons or tape to the wallpaper is prohibited. Dyeing is not permitted inside the accommodation, including in the bathroom. - Please contact the host in advance if any facilities or items within the accommodation are damaged or lost. Restoration costs for the affected facilities and items may be charged. - Please wash used dishes and utensils thoroughly and separate them for recycling. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if you check out without washing dishes or separating food waste. - Simple cooking such as rice, fried eggs, and ramen is welcome. However, please refrain from cooking dishes with strong odors, such as barbecue, grilled fish, seafood, or fried foods. Smoke may trigger the fire alarm. We ask for your understanding for everyone's pleasant stay. - While all pets are lovely, they are not allowed in our accommodation. - Please do not waste the accommodation's electricity, water, or heating/cooling facilities. If you intentionally cause financial loss to the host, you may be charged for the costs.
