Facilities and Safety - 🚭 No Smoking and Prohibited Items: Our accommodation is non-smoking. The use of candles and fireworks is also prohibited. - 🐾 No Pets: Pets are not allowed. - ❄️ Air Conditioning: Please turn off the air conditioner when leaving the premises. The optimal indoor temperature is 23–25 degrees Celsius. 3. Kitchen and Trash Disposal - 🍳 Please avoid cooking smelly food. After cooking, please open the windows for ventilation and clean used dishes thoroughly. - ♻️ Please separate and dispose of trash. General waste and recycling bins are located in front of the bathroom door. Please place food waste in yellow food waste bags and dispose of it in the food waste bin in front of the building (pay-as-you-go bags must be purchased personally). - 🚫 Do not flush food down the toilet. (Repair costs may be charged if the toilet breaks due to foreign objects.) 4. Consideration for Neighbors - 🤫 Please be mindful of noise after 10 PM to ensure the rest of your neighbors. 5. Parking Information - 🚗 Only one compact car is allowed inside the building. Otherwise, please use the Hwagok 3-1 Public Parking Lot. (5-minute walk from the accommodation) ※ If problems caused by smoking or noise are detected, you will be asked to leave or charged a special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW for smoking.
