(However, unopened bedding can be purchased for 30,000 KRW if desired.) - There is no parking within the building, but temporary parking is available right next to it (within 10 minutes). Additionally, there is a free parking lot at the embankment and a spacious, large-scale free public riverside parking lot located 1 minute behind the building. This is a bright, south-facing, independent studio adjacent to the river. Additional amenities provided include a direct-flow water purifier, coffee machine, air purifier, cordless vacuum cleaner, laundry detergent, complete cooking utensils, and cooking oil. Large clothes dryers and other amenities are provided in the separate shared convenience room on the first floor. Renovated studio apartment suitable for a workcation in Gangneung, offering a quiet and convenient living environment; Netflix, YouTube, and more can be watched via Chromecast. Numerous convenience and commercial facilities necessary for daily life are located within a 5 to 10-minute walk. It is an 8-minute drive from Gangneung IC, a 5-minute taxi ride from Gangneung Station, and a 16-minute bus ride or walk.
