Living in Jeju for a Month~~ I worked so hard without rest that my body and mind felt like they would melt away, so I decided to live in Jeju for a month alone and found this place while looking for a place to stay. Let's talk about the pros and cons of living there for a month. 1. Pros - It is located in Yeondong, which is like Gangnam in Jeju, so the transportation and infrastructure were great. - The underground parking lot is large and spacious, so it was easy to park in Jeju City, where parking is no joke. - The rooftop walking path is well-organized, so it's good for walking exercise. - There's an indoor swimming pool, golf, and fitness center on the first floor of the officetel, so it was good to be able to exercise every day. - It's good that it's located within walking distance of Hallasan Arboretum. - It's easy to pick up friends when they visit because the airport is a 15-minute drive away. - There are many good restaurants nearby, so I didn't have to worry about food. - There's E-Mart, Lotte Mart, and Daiso nearby, so it was easy to go shopping. - There is a shopping mall across from the officetel, but there is not much to shop at the mall, but it was nice that there was a movie theater and Olive Young inside. - The officetel condition is so good.. I chose a 1.5 room because I was going to stay alone, and it was clean, luxurious, quiet, cozy, and safe (I was very concerned about safety because I was staying alone). By the way, Jeju residents also live there, so there are many students going to kindergarten and school in the morning~~ - The host was very kind and answered and resolved my questions right away, so I was able to stay comfortably without any inconveniences. 2. Cons - Since the officetel is luxurious, the monthly living cost was not cheap. - I had to pay separately for parking (the host's car was registered, so I had to pay separately for the guest car for a month, 53,000 won per month) - The parking lot entrance and exit were narrow, so it might be a concern for large cars. (My car was small, so it wasn't uncomfortable.) - I had to pay separately for city gas among the monthly utility bills. (It didn't cost much - 2,300 won) Anyway, I made a lot of memories during the month and my body and mind became healthy, so I think I have the strength to return to my daily life and work hard. I think I did really well living in Jeju Island for a month, and if I have another chance, I want to stay at Triple City there again.
