Since it is located directly connected to the ocean, it is the perfect place to enjoy a walk or the ocean at any time. Our accommodation boasts an ocean view where you can enjoy the crashing waves of Woljeong-ri Beach right in front of you through the wide-open windows while sitting on the living room sofa. It also boasts a view of the ocean where you can enjoy the harmony of white waves and surfers enjoying the waves, as well as the enchanting sunset, every day. You can enjoy the sea view not only from the living room but also from the large window in the bedroom and the terrace. Accommodation Structure It consists of a total of 3 rooms (including an attic), 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room, so it can comfortably accommodate families of 2 to 6 people. The spacious attic can also be used as a play space for children! The kitchen and living room are spacious and comfortable, perfect for cooking or relaxing with several people. The kitchen is equipped with necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, and rice cooker, so you can use them conveniently. The living room has two sofas and a large TV, so you can relax leisurely. Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom) The master bedroom has a large window that overlooks the ocean, so you can enjoy the view while lying on the bed. There is also a dressing table, dressing room, and private bathroom with a sink, so you can stay even more comfortable. There is also a terrace in the master bedroom, so you can have a special time. Especially when you wake up in the morning, the blue waves spread out with the sunlight shining through the window are really beautiful. You can spend your time leisurely with the sea in the background every day. Bedroom 2 Bedroom 2 has a built-in closet to store your luggage neatly, and a double bed to provide a comfortable sleep. 2nd floor attic The spacious and cool attic is great for children to play in, and it has two system air conditioners to keep you cool even in the summer. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions for moving in and use. As a rule, a short-term rental contract must be drawn up prior to moving in. After you sign the contract at a cafe near Jeju Airport, we will guide you to your room. A smooth check-in and check-out experience is ensured with an instructional message containing all the information you need to use the accommodation. Repeated cleaning services, towels, shower products, disposable products, etc. are not provided. 💳 Information on utility bills and management fees Management fee includes internet, Wi-Fi, and water. Electricity charges are billed separately and settled upon check-out based on usage. After you check out, we will calculate the amount you used and refund your deposit once your deposit has been confirmed. Our accommodation uses electric heating, so excessive heating use may result in higher electricity bills. Depending on the season, a portion of the deposit may be added.
