<Basic Structure> It is a shared house-style residence with a long hallway and a basement. Each room is private, but the kitchen and bathroom are shared. There are three rooms in total, two single rooms and one multi-person room. <Room> Bed, desk, chair, and hanger are provided. You must bring your own towels and personal hygiene items. Blankets are provided! <Public Kitchen> All kinds of tableware and pots and pans are available for use. Microwave, toaster, rice cooker, refrigerator, and dryer are available for use. <Toilet> There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The dryer is located in the kitchen and is for shared use. If you run out of detergent and fabric softener, please let us know and we will order them for you. Detergent and other supplies are stored in the storage room next to the entrance. Personal shower products such as shampoo and toothpaste are not provided separately. Personal items can be stored individually on the shelves in the bathroom. A shared hair dryer and shared toilet paper are provided. <Dryer> Please take your laundry out immediately after using the dryer. For quick circulation, if the laundry is not drained in the dryer, you can take out other people's laundry in the shared basket and use it. Since the dryer is installed indoors, the drain does not work automatically. You must empty the water tank before use to dry it! After using the dryer, we expect you to empty the water tank and dust bin for the next person! It is all water and dust from your personal clothes. Please throw it away immediately after using the dryer!^^^^^^ After drying your personal clothes, empty the water tank, open the internal dust filter, and wipe it with your hand before throwing it in the trash can! Also, the use of the washing machine dryer is prohibited after 10 PM. It may disturb other people's sleep. 🥲 Please be considerate as it is a space that everyone uses together! The dryer will run from 10 PM until 1 AM... Please finish everything before 12 AM. <Boiler> Going back to the reservation. Do not touch the boiler control! Hot water is always coming out. If you turn the boiler to full, you may be overcharged for gas, so please do not operate the control. <Parking lot> There is no separate parking space provided within the building. Please use street parking or public parking lots. <Security> The hallways in the building are monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day to prevent theft and accidents. Self-check-in and a safe stay are possible with the installation of digital door locks. <Cleaning> A share house is a type of residential space used by multiple people. The cleaning of the common areas is done on a weekly basis and takes turns. Please be aware of this in advance and decide to move in!
