Despite being located in a trendy spot in Dunsan-dong, noise does not disturb your sleep, and it boasts a fantastic city view. We provide hotel-quality bedding and a queen-size bed, and there is a spacious balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee. Please note that resident registration is not permitted. If amenities are damaged or bedding becomes stained and difficult to wash, the cost of replacements may be deducted from your security deposit. As this is a shared living space, please observe silence from 9 PM to 7 AM. Forced eviction may be taken if neighbors complain (please keep TV volume low, refrain from using vacuums, washing machines, and dryers after 9 PM). Convenient appliances such as a washing machine, dryer, and coffee machine are fully provided. You can live comfortably even if you come light, bringing only a change of clothes and cosmetics. The accommodation is very clean and cozy, making it perfect for relaxation. You will feel the comfort of your own home during your stay.

Please refrain from cooking foods that produce strong odors or smoke, as this may trigger the fire alarm. Please strictly follow the management office's regulations regarding waste separation and recycling.
