한 달 동안 정말 행복하게 머물다 갑니다. 처음에는 '한 달만 살아보자'는 마음으로 왔는데, 이 숙소에서 지내면서 강릉이라는 도시를 너무 좋아하게 되었고 결국 강릉에 자취방까지 계약해서 앞으로 2년 정도 더 살게 되었어요. 그만큼 저에게는 정말 특별한 곳이었습니다. 무엇보다 숙소 컨디션이 정말 최고였습니다 풀옵션 쓰리룸이라 둘이 사용하기에는 정말 넓고 쾌적했고, 가끔 가족이나 친구들이 놀러 왔을 때도 모두 "여기 진짜 좋다!" 며 감탄할 정도였습니다. 5~6명이 함께 지내도 충분할 만큼 넓고 편안한 공간이었습니다! 저는 방 한 켠을 작은 작업실처럼 꾸며 음악 작업도 했는데, 조용하고 아늑한 공간 덕분에 작업이 훨씬 잘되고 집중도 정말 잘됐습니다. 한 달 동안 좋은 영감도 많이 얻을 수 있었습니다! ㅎㅎ 창밖으로 펼쳐지는 사천해변 오션뷰는 매일 봐도 질리지 않았고, 아침과 저녁마다 바다를 바라보며 보내는 시간이 정말 큰 힐링이었습니다. 조금만 걸어나가면 물회마을도 있고, 바다를 따라 러닝하기 좋은 코스도 잘 되어 있어서 운동과 산책까지 모두 즐길 수 있었습니다 무엇보다 호스트님께서 정말 친절하게 신경 써주셔서 머무는 내내 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 덕분에 강릉에서의 첫 한 달이 더욱 따뜻한 추억으로 남았고, 이 집에서 정말 좋은 기운을 많이 받아 앞으로의 새로운 시작도 기대하게 되었습니다. 낭만과 여유를 마음껏 누릴 수 있었던 최고의 한 달이었습니다! 강릉에서 장기 숙소를 찾는 분들, 가족이나 친구들과 함께 오시는 분들께 자신 있게 추천드립니다. 다음에 강릉에 오더라도 가장 먼저 생각날 숙소입니다. 좋은 추억 만들어주셔서 진심으로 감사합니다. 😊

It's the ocean view house I've always dreamed of~ I spent a month with an ocean view. While working from home, I stayed in the house during the day and took walks to Sacheon Port on foot during lunch and dinner times. Watching the waves while spacing out on the sandy beach was a great joy. The scenery was so beautiful that I took dozens of photos~ There are also wonderful paths along the pine tree coastal road to the right of the beach to Gyeongpodae, or along the pine scent forest path on the left to Yeon-gok Beach. I was so happy absorbing plenty of phytoncides and healing. The host was so meticulous and kind. I was naturally moved by the thoughtfulness for guests throughout the house~ㅎ Everything was labeled with notes, and the cleaning and organization were so immaculate that I couldn't help but admire it. As befits a mulhoe village, there are many mulhoe restaurants. On the first floor, there are many delicious restaurants including Chaesundang, seaweed soup, gomchi soup, and grilled fish~ I am grateful to the host for allowing me to spend a month comfortably and wonderfully. I definitely want to come again next time and will recommend it to others~~ Thank you so much.

I had a wonderful month-long stay here with my children. When I first saw it, there were so many dishes and kitchenware that I wondered if I'd use them all, but since we stayed for a long time, I even used the large pot to make spicy fish stew. I appreciated the detailed instructions for garbage and recycling disposal, and the place was well-equipped with amenities. The ocean view from the living room was beautiful too. Just a 10-minute walk away, we enjoyed taking walks on the beach with the kids, playing in the sand, and having a great time. I highly recommend this as a monthly accommodation! Thank you for providing such a wonderful environment.

It's a newly built apartment, so the facilities and accommodation condition are very good. It's also great value for money. I wanted to take a break at the end of the year, plan my business, and spend time with my friends, so I stayed for a week. It's quiet, spacious, and has various facilities. There are many convenience stores, restaurants, and a laundromat nearby, so there was nothing inconvenient at all. In particular, there were notes on each piece of furniture, so it was easy to find or use what I needed. The dishes, wine glasses (I like wine, so there are various wine glasses, including whiskey), and kitchenware were neatly prepared. On the last day of the year, I invited a couple of friends to eat together, and we had such a comfortable and good time that I really thought it would be nice if this were my home. I could sit in the living room every morning and watch the sunrise, but on the morning of January 1, I went out to the beach and enjoyed the sunrise with other people who visited Gangneung. Even if it's a little cold, I recommend walking instead of driving. When you return, the cars get tangled up, making it difficult to get out. I don't know if this is even possible... There is also a community center here, so I was able to enjoy exercising every morning in a clean facility. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to relax while looking at the ocean. It's also a great place for families or friends to come together.

I stayed here for a month. The facilities and furnishings were all perfect, without any inconveniences. It's a newly built apartment, so it's super clean. The location is also fantastic. I'd give it a perfect 1000 out of 100. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, so I walked barefoot every evening. Every evening, the air was cool and autumnal, and watching the sunset was a healing experience. This is a place I'd definitely stay again. ^^ Thank you, kind host, for renting such a wonderful home.
