Dcondonim is in a quiet neighborhood with 24 hours security located close to the old city and connects easily to the Super Highway. This luxurious condo is conveniently located beside Central Festival Shopping Mall (2 mins). A large lap pool within a lush garden awaits and together with a well-equipped gym one can burn off the sinfully delicious food that Chiang Mai has to offer. The condo is well connected to the major sights and places of interests. Taxis are within easy access at Central Festival Shopping Mall. The two things that are most important to me when I travel are COMFORTABLE +CULTURE. To try and achieve both, the interior design includes curated local artwork infused into this brand new condominium combining the comforts of modern living with the subtle flavours of the city. Artwork such as paintings, photography, handicraft, fabrics are from local Thai artists creating a cozy atmosphere while providing glimpse into the wonderful melting pot of Chiang Mai.

Please take off shoes when you are inside the condominium 4. Please do not hang clothes on the balcony railing 5. Not be allowed smoking in the room as well as shared area including condominium 6. Please don't leave any food in the room too long and don’t leave any food in the room before check - out Extra requirement 1. We will need sign basic tenancy agreement as I need to show the condo management this agreement so that they will register you for the face/iris scan. The scan is needed to enter the lift lobby as it is part of condo security. Thank you so much
