If you make a reservation, we will send you a separate list of places you actually visit frequently. · Weekends — Nongdari Bridge, Mir Forest, the Suspension Bridge, and the Korean Peninsula Observatory Park are close by, so guests staying for a long time often visit them on weekends for fresh air. This space is primarily for guests staying for extended periods due to assignments or business trips. We do not accept reservations for parties or gatherings. ■ Why I Created This I, too, used to travel back and forth to Jincheon frequently for work. Because there were no suitable accommodations within my budget, I kept staying in uncomfortable places, and eventually, I quit my job due to that issue. I realized there must be many people looking for a comfortable space like I was, so I created this place myself. That is why I prioritized furnishing it with things that are actually necessary for daily life rather than just amenities. ■ Room Configuration · Standard (Studio Type) — For solo travelers with minimal luggage who want a quiet stay · Deluxe (1.5-Room/Two-Bay) — For those with a lot of luggage, two people, or staying for one month or longer · Premium (3-Bay) — For three or more people requiring separate spaces. Suitable for stays where privacy is important, such as for caregiving or postpartum care ■ Contract Conditions · No security deposit / No management fee (electricity, heating/cooling, and utilities included) / No cleaning fee · Minimum 1 week, extendable weekly thereafter There have been cases where guests extended their 3-week reservations for up to 2 months. · Consecutive night discounts apply · Corporate card payments accepted; tax invoices and cash receipts can be issued ■ Cleaning We perform cleaning on all guest rooms for the purpose of sterilization, not just simple cleaning. All bedding and towels are completely replaced and laundered. Even during periods when bed bugs were prevalent nationwide, there were zero reported cases over the past three years. We are often told that our cleaning is excessive. This is because many guests stay for extended periods, so a one-day cleaning service is insufficient. ■ Rules of Use · This is a short-term rental (residential) space. There is no hotel-style daily tidying service; guests are expected to manage the space themselves and stay comfortably during their stay. · Bedding and towels are delivered laundered upon check-in. If you require additional replacements during your stay, please let us know in advance. We will arrange for you. · Smoking is prohibited indoors. Violations may result in eviction. · As this is a quiet residential area, parties and noisy activities are restricted. · Please only do a simple cleanup upon check-out.
