Violators will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund. * We are regularly disinfecting through a professional pest control company, but due to the nature of the Jeju region, small animals such as bugs, birds, and snakes may enter the property. Refunds will not be given due to this, so please make reservations carefully. * Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas of the accommodation. * Minors cannot stay without a guardian, and pets are not allowed. * For safety and security, CCTV is installed at the entrance and parking lot, and we are not responsible for any safety accidents or thefts that occur due to guest negligence. * When using the outdoor hot spring, please refrain from using personal bathing products, and please be sure to wear a swimsuit or other clothing to avoid privacy issues. In particular, when using the hot spring with young children, please make sure to have a guardian accompany them to ensure that they can enjoy the hot spring safely. * You cannot cook food that produces smoke or smells (meat, fish, fermented soybean paste, etc.) in the kitchen. * Please make sure to close windows and screens when moving to avoid allowing insects to enter the room. * Please make sure to lock the door when going out, and make sure that any heating appliances such as induction stoves are turned off. * If you are accompanied by children, we ask that parents pay attention and caution to prevent accidents inside and outside the room.
