Move-in is conducted remotely. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. 📌 Rates are based on single occupancy. An additional 7,000 KRW per day applies for double occupancy. 🐶 One small dog is allowed. An additional 30,000 KRW pet cleaning fee applies (actual cost for laundry or special cleaning will be added if hair, odors, or stains are severe). Please make a reservation only if you agree to these terms. 🚗 Parking: Roadside in front of the building (Weekdays 8 PM - 7 AM; no enforcement on weekends) or Mugeoseomdeul Public Parking Lot (629-22 Mugeo-dong; free on weekends and holidays)
