There are two convenience stores, a recycling center, a bus stop, and a gas station within a 1-minute walk. The famous Haenyeo Village restaurant and London Bagel are less than a 10-minute walk away. It is a quiet neighborhood where you can walk to the beach (5 minutes away). There are large marts such as Hanaro Mart, Yudream Mart, and Daemyung Mart within 5 minutes by car, and there are hospitals and convenience facilities within 10 minutes (Hamdeok Beach). There is a spacious 1,400-pyeong lawn, making it perfect for children and dogs to run around and play. In the front is an ocean view with dolphins, and in the back is a forest where deer and pheasants sometimes come to play. It is located between Hamdeok Beach and Gimnyeong Beach, but it is a quiet neighborhood, so you can feel the quietness of Jeju Island. The recycling center is right in front, making it easy to dispose of trash.
