Fully-furnished 10th floor premium officetel 5 minutes from Gwangmyeong Station (Event)

I made an effort to keep the room occupied so that other guests could use it comfortably, and I would also like to thank Live Anywhere for recommending this accommodation. It is a great place to stay as it is quiet and has convenient transportation nearby. I highly recommend it!

I was looking for a place to stay for two weeks while going to a hospital for internship. It was my first place to stay and my first time living away from home, so I was worried even though it was short, but the place was so cozy and nice that I felt comfortable even after work!! The location is right in front of Gwangmyeong Station, and there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and AK Plaza so it's easy to walk around. Lotte Mall and IKEA are right there if you walk straight for about 15 minutes, so they're easy to find. It was nice that they had all the cleaning supplies and detergents and it was clean. I want to stay there again next time I come to Gwangmyeong☺️🤍

I extended my stay twice and stayed for about 3 weeks. First of all, the host was very kind and answered my questions right away, which was great. The room was really cozy and had everything I needed. It was well-ventilated and had a great view. Above all, I liked the location the most. It was close to Gwangmyeong Station and you could walk to the nearby bus stop, Lotte Super, AK Mall, etc. I plan to stay here again next year!

I stayed here for almost two months with the 2nd extension~ The route is convenient and the ventilation is good. I spent the winter warmly~ The owner is also very kind~ It has a view of Gwangmyeong Station~ The lights are pretty at night~ I didn't know the station view was this good~ Next time I go on a business trip to Gwangmyeong~ I'll visit you again~

I extended the period by about a month~ The room is warm and I can sleep well on the bed~ The water pressure is good and the lighting is stylish~ The owner is kind~ You can also charge the electric car~ It was perfect for me~😊

It was clean, had a great view, and was in a great location. It was close to the station and quiet! I stayed for a week and had a very comfortable stay.

After a one-month extension, another two-week extension~ It's so cozy and comfortable~ The route is also great and warm~ I think I'll choose it every time I go on a business trip to Gwangmyeong.
