How to use the room - Move-in will be conducted remotely. - We will inform you of usage instructions and precautions before moving in. - We will send you the door lock password on the day you move in. - Please use the room cleanly and notify us via text message after leaving. -When leaving, please be sure to turn off the entire power button at the top of the door. -If possible, please check out on the morning of the same day. *Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors. -Personal hygiene items such as towels (for washing, bathing), toothbrushes, etc. are not provided. - Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. - Security is tight with CCTV installed on each floor. - You can use a total of 5 elevators comfortably, 4 at the main elevator entrance and 1 next to the emergency stairs. - Garbage separation collection is available on the 1st floor (next to the outdoor parking lot) regardless of the day of the week. Please separate and collect your garbage cleanly. Food waste is collected in the 1st floor collection bin, separate garbage, and general waste (bags provided) -When leaving, please be sure to turn off the entire power button at the top of the door. - You can use floor heating and hot water using an electric boiler. - Pots, frying pans, and other items (cups, spoons, plates) are provided. - Please cooperate as noise complaints in apartment complexes are grounds for eviction.
