[Jeonju, North Jeolla Province] 18 pyeong officetel in the new downtown area, two-room apartment on the 14th floor of the provincial police station

I stayed for six nights and seven days from August 14th to 20th. It was a two-room officetel with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. We were traveling with two dogs, so we had a lot of luggage, but the built-in storage made organizing a breeze. ^^ The kitchen had three burners, so we could cook comfortably, and the refrigerator wasn't too small, so it was easy to store various ingredients. My only regret was that the kitchen utensils were a bit lacking (one large pot and one deep frying pan). Fortunately, I brought one saucepan, so I had enough. There was no drying rack to drain my washed dishes after eating. Luckily, I brought two trays and was able to dry them there. There was a kitchen knife, a paring knife, and a *** in the bathroom, along with about six **. There was a system air conditioner in one bedroom and the living room. Jeonjucheon Stream was just a minute or two away on the first floor, which was convenient for morning and evening walks. Even without going down to Jeonjucheon, you can enjoy a walk under the shade of the trees. It's a bit far from the Hanok Village, so traffic wasn't too bad, and parking was easy. There was a food waste collection bin on the first floor, and I could separate my trash on the second floor. Best of all, it was quiet at night, so I could sleep soundly. While there were a few things I was a little disappointed with, I returned after a truly refreshing and comfortable week. I'm grateful for the host's thoughtfulness, and I'd definitely visit again on my next trip.

The host was kind and answered my calls quickly, so I had a good stay without any problems. The location of the accommodation is in the new city, so it is easy to get what I need or stop by a restaurant. Although it is far from the Hanok Village, it only takes about 20 minutes by bus, so I think it is much more convenient to stay here than right next door. The condition of the accommodation is also good, and above all, the cleaning was cleaner than I expected, so I was able to use it with peace of mind. At first, I was a little worried because there were no reviews, but I was so happy that I could stay comfortably as if it were my own home. It is meaningful to be able to leave my first review like this. Thanks to you, I had a good time during my vacation. I will book again next time I visit Jeonju^^

The host's friendly guidance was good, and the two-room was spacious and clean, and there were two long aisle mats for dogs with weak kneecaps in the living room with a sofa, and there were extra blankets, so there was nothing lacking for a week's stay. The parking lot was spacious and convenient, and Jeonju was only 30 minutes away by car from east to west, so it was okay to move around. We mainly cooked at home, so we cooked at home, but since it was a new city, there were many shops, cafes, and restaurants, and we saw many people exercising along the Tancheon-gil River. If I have the chance, I think I will definitely use it again. However, for those who stay long term and cook at home, it would be good to have more kitchen utensils.

The host was so responsive and prompt, so any inconveniences were resolved immediately, which was very convenient. The two spacious rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen and laundry room were all great. We stayed there because our move-in date was about 15 days away, but the location, located in the new downtown area, made commuting and access to nearby restaurants a breeze. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's worried about their move-in date, as it's affordable. It goes without saying for travelers, too^^
