There are many marts and convenience stores within 5 minutes by car. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. As it is a major green tea producing area, no pesticides are used. There are no livestock farms. The air and water are clean and quiet, and it is located on the famous Ten-mile Cherry Blossom Road, famous for its pine trees and green tea. In Seoul, take the Hwagae-bound train from Nambu Terminal, or in Busan, take the Hwagae-bound train from Seobu Terminal, get off at the terminal, and take a taxi or bus to a stop near your house.
