(About 7,000 won per day) - Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, pets are not allowed, and moving in and parking are not possible. - When moving furniture and fixtures, they must be returned to their original place before the end of the lease. If there is any loss or damage to the items or building, compensation for damages will be claimed. - Additional charges may apply for excessive electricity, heating, and water usage. - Early check-in and extended check-out times incur additional charges.
