Convenience store, 10 cafes, walking path, bus stop, subway station within 5 minutes walking distance It is located within a quiet and cozy residential complex, within a 10-minute walk from Kkachiwul Station (Line 7). This is the building where my family lives and it also provides space that we use as a recreation room. This space is located on the basement level and is styled with old bricks, a teak floor, and a wooden island table to create a vintage feel. Although it is an underground space, it is comfortable and well-ventilated. The space we provide is an independent space consisting of a living room/room, kitchen, and bathroom.
