A quiet remodeled one-room apartment with a balcony, 1 minute walk from Jung-gu Office Station, 1 minute walk from Daejeon St. Mary's Hospital, 1 minute walk from city bus, and many restaurants nearby. This is a very practical room. It is a quiet neighborhood, so pets are not allowed due to animal noises (chickens, dogs). This is a healing space where even those who are sensitive to noise can rest comfortably.

Please throw away trash in the pay-as-you-go bag in the parking lot on the first floor of the building. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Violators may be charged for damage, spoilage, odor, etc. and special cleaning costs. If you are found to be causing trouble to others by making loud noises or smoking, you will be subject to immediate eviction as this is grounds for termination of the contract.
