There are various convenient facilities such as Starbucks, McDonald's, Lotte Mart, and Top Mart within a 3-minute drive from the accommodation, making everyday shopping and dining very convenient! Please be careful when using the property as you may be required to pay compensation if any items in the accommodation are damaged. Our accommodation is provided as a no-option A spacious house with three rooms at a good price. A microwave, gas burner, basic tableware (2 rice bowls, 2 soup bowls, 1 large plate, 2 pairs of spoons), 1 pot, dishcloth, dish sponge, and detergent are provided. ❌Please make sure to check that the accommodation is cheap because it is a no-option option. Please be advised that refunds are not possible for this.❌ There is a self-service laundromat 3 minutes away by car. If you smoke indoors, your deposit will never be refunded (additional cleaning fees may be charged).
