(Recycling area within the building.) - Please dispose of general waste (volume-based bags) and food waste directly at the parking lot entrance every day. - Management fee (70,000 KRW), gas, and electricity charges are settled at actual cost for stays of 1 month or more. - Cleaning fee: 130,000 KRW for 1 month or more / 150,000 KRW for 3 months or more.
