About this place

Our accommodation is an officetel located right in front of Exit 3 of Seolleung Station. It features a 2-bedroom layout with a separate kitchen and a very spacious living room. Convenient facilities such as a convenience store and pharmacy are well-equipped within the building. Although it is located on a main road, it is quiet and not noisy. As it is in a prime location right next to the station, the transportation is truly the best.

There is a convenience store and a pharmacy on the first floor of the building. There are coffee shops, Burger King, and other establishments in the adjacent building. Across the street is a food street with many restaurants. Samsung COEX, Hyundai Department Store, and the Airport Terminal are within a 5-minute drive, and Lotte Tower and Lotte World are within a 15-minute drive. General waste and food waste are located on the 2nd floor near the outside exit. Recycling is located on the 6th basement level. Parking is available only for long-term contracts (minimum 5 weeks). The fee is separate (50,000 KRW per month).
