If caught, you will be expelled. - Please be considerate so as not to cause noise problems. - Please place general waste and food waste in volume-based bags and place recyclable waste separately and place them at the entrance of the building. - If the rental space or any fixtures are damaged or contaminated, the deposit will be deducted. - If you bring a pet, an additional cleaning fee of 30,000 won will be charged regardless of the number of pets. - It's on the third floor without an elevator, but it's not difficult.
