Utility charges other than gas are included in the management fee. Even for items included, additional management fees may be requested if usage is excessive. (Criteria: Electricity charges of 8,000 KRW or less per week - usage is typically less than 20,000 KRW per month.) Gas is used to operate the gas stove and boiler (for indoor heating or hot water), and is settled based on meter readings before and after move-in. In this case, a separate gas settlement deposit of 50,000 KRW per week, up to a maximum of 300,000 KRW, is collected prior to move-in. Liability for damages may arise in the event of damage to property or contamination. You must take back any items and waste you brought with you. Additional cleaning fees may apply if items are left in the room.
