The building next door is a convenience store. It's a five-minute walk from the station, and within walking distance of the station itself. The same building also has a gym, nail salon, and other amenities. -It's a large officetel. -The floor was recently renovated. -The bed, furniture, and mattress are all new. -Options include washing machine/stand/built-in refrigerator/air conditioner/veranda/chest of drawers/dressing table/bookcase. -No parking All utilities are included in the management fee. We have new beds and mattresses, these are the mattresses used in hotels. The options are 2 beds, Q/SS TV, microwave, dresser, dresser, bookshelf, stand, and washing machine. Pots, cutting boards, etc. are provided. The price is for 2 people and additional people are 20,000 won per week.
