It is a 6-minute walk from Exit 1 of Yeoksam Station. It is also a 2-minute walk from the bus stop (Yeongdong Central Church). There is a gym, convenience store, and cafe right in front of the apartment, making daily life very convenient. There is an underground parking lot, and the fee is 40,000 won per week. If you need parking, please be sure to confirm parking availability when making a reservation inquiry to use the parking lot (electric vehicles are not allowed). Smoking is prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. (Violation will result in immediate eviction and no refund.) Parking is 40,000 KRW per week (Electric vehicles cannot be parked).
