Please bring your own. / Basic bedding is provided. <Laundry fees apply if using basic bedding> / If you are particularly sensitive, you may bring your own bedding. ✔ Grilling meat, fish, or cooking strong-smelling foods indoors is prohibited. Please use the barbecue area. ✔ All activities involving fire hazards, such as using scented candles or watching fires, are prohibited indoors or outdoors. ✔ Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited in guest rooms and bathrooms. Fines will be imposed! ✔ Guests bear full responsibility for any fires caused by their negligence, whether indoors or outdoors. Please do not carelessly discard cigarette butts outdoors. /Pension stay prioritized for swimming pool usage /(Basic fee of 20,000 KRW per use during the swimming pool opening period from July to September) Costs vary depending on water usage. ✔ Cleaning (dishwashing, bedding tidying, and recycling) is mandatory upon check-out. After using the BBQ area, extinguishing embers, tidying up, and separating waste are mandatory. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the interior and exterior cleaning is insufficient, and additional charges based on the original purchase price will be applied in case of severe staining, damage, or loss. ✔ Please treat your home with care and affection. ✔ As this is a rural house located near a natural environment, insects such as mosquitoes and centipedes may enter. (Please keep the front door closed at all times. Please keep the window on the side with the mosquito net open day and night.) Please note that refunds are not possible due to this. ✔ Due to the nature of the countryside, tap water may appear cloudy if it rains heavily. Please take note of this. ✔ The security deposit will be deposited to the guest by Live Anywhere in accordance with regulations after the host checks out and verifies the cleanliness and checks for the use of paid channels, gas, oil (boiler), laundry costs after use, electricity (especially during the summer, additional charges of at least 50,000 KRW per 6-night stay are incurred in addition to basic utilities), water, and the condition of indoor and outdoor furniture, appliances, bedding, props, wallpaper, etc., as well as any stains, damage, or loss.
