There is a smoking area on the first floor outside the building. -Move-in will be done remotely, and a guidance message will be sent on the move-in date. - Since this is not a lodging facility, disposable items (toothpaste/toothbrush, towels, shampoo, etc.) are not provided. -All utilities are included in the rent. (However, additional charges may apply if electricity or gas is used excessively.) -Parking is available for a fee in the underground parking lot. Daily parking is 30,000 won, and monthly parking is available at a discounted price (prior inquiry required) - If complaints arise due to loud noises, excessively loud music, etc., you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Please be sure to take note. -Guests are fully responsible for any problems or safety accidents that occur due to guest negligence while using the facility. In the event of loss, damage, theft, or other abnormalities, guests must compensate for the full cost. -Minors may use the facility if accompanied by a guardian (parent) or with a consent form.
