It is a healing place with a quiet neighborhood, ocean view, and a long seaside promenade. As previously mentioned, this location is not equipped with internet TV or other services for media detox purposes. Therefore, please review the system before making a final decision. While there is a television monitor, it's only used for brief seminars, so regular TV viewing is not possible. This is a healing space where even those who are sensitive to noise can rest comfortably. There is a large, unique American-style cafe 200 meters away, so you won't feel lonely. 📍 Location and surroundings The accommodation is located within an hour's drive from Seoul's Gangnam and Bundang areas. It's near the Seohae Grand Bridge Songak IC. It is well-equipped with convenient facilities such as large supermarkets, convenience stores, and hospitals. There are restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 🚭 Food with strong odors such as fish and meat cannot be consumed indoors. When using the barbecue, please use the portable gas burner provided in the warehouse (you must prepare butane gas yourself). The use of charcoal and firewood is prohibited to prevent fire. Please clean the portable gas burner immediately after use.
