Bus stop within a 12-minute walkThis is a small, detached villa atop a hill, offering a panoramic view of the Bukhan River, mountains, and the village. It is ideal for adults seeking a quiet retreat or workcation of a week or more. It is close to Seoul, making commuting possible, but it will be quite inconvenient without a car. As this is an eco-friendly location, disposing of trash and transporting luggage to the accommodation can be difficult, so please travel as lightly as possible. If you have items for temporary storage, such as moving belongings, we offer a 3-pyeong storage unit in the parking lot for free. The property is fully furnished for long-term stays. The 11-pyeong studio features a bathroom, kitchen, and a large platform bed. There is a main hall connected to the house and a long, small lawn in front of it. Although it is a small house, you have exclusive use of a 400-pyeong natural wildflower garden with unobstructed views and an underground parking lot. Nearby attractions include a waterskiing center, charming cafes, the Water Garden, and Dumulmeori. Pre-visits are not permitted; however, you may book for a week to experience the property before deciding on a long-term stay.

● Smoking is prohibited indoors, and please refrain from cooking dishes that leave lingering odors inside the house (e.g., Cheonggukjang, grilled pork belly, grilled fish, shrimp, fried foods, etc.). ● For safety reasons, please receive instructions before your first use of the barbecue area. ● If you place your trash in the parking lot on a designated day, the host will dispose of it for you. ● Utility costs are affordable at 7,000 KRW per day, including electricity, heating/cooling, water, and internet. However, if there are unreasonably excessive charges, they may be billed separately. ● Up to 2 guests are allowed, including children.
